1. Please download , complete and save the Client Information Sheet  pertaining to the TAX YEAR you are filing (Virtual Appointment ONLY)  Client Info sheet can be located at the end of this page. UPLOAD Client INFO Sheet to your Portal once you have it completed!

2. Upload ALL Tax Documents to link below  to include:

Valid ID

Social Security Cards (including dependents)

Birth Certificates, Statement from school/daycare, receipts and any Business statements/reports/etc...

 If you were a customer of ours last year try your default password. The default password would be: Capital First Initial Capital Last Initial then last 4 of SSN

For Example if your name is: John Smith and last 4 of SSN is: 4321 then the default password will be: JS4321
